The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Whiterun, by Steven Carver.
So, as you can see, I crossed out Dragonhold and corrected it as Dragonsreach. I wanted to get the names of what I knew was there right, even though I don’t have many other details.
I first played this the day it came out, but haven’t really played it since. I never really got into it I guess. Either way, this city stuck out to me the most, even more so then the tutorial dungeon. I have about ten gazillion different characters because this was my first real attempt at a TES game, outside of playing with a friend or whatever, and I wanted to play a bunch of combinations to get what felt best to me. For those wondering, I ended up as a male Imperial with a battlemage gameplay style. Even though I went through the tutorial dungeon just as many times as I went through this city, I remember this better because I don’t remember linear maps very well. For example, I wanted to draw something from Mario Kart GBA, but I could only remember parts of tracks, and I wanted to get an entire map down.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Seyda Neen, by Marc.
Morrowinds first town. First played like… 10 years ago? Last played two years ago I think. One of the greatest game ever made!

I’m ashamed I can’t remember more of the places from the world map even though I’ve gained something over 300 game hours. Interestingly enough, I started drawing this in the middle of the night after waking up abruptly and when I went back to sleep I kept drawing it in my dream! So in the morning I was confused as to why some of the locations had “disappeared”… So somewhere in my subconsciousness I remember the map better than in my waking hours. Interesting. :D

I love Skyrim, but this is the unvarnished truth about 95% of its dungeons.

The only town that I, after thinking about every one of them, actually remember kinda well. Last played Morrowind a few weeks ago, probably my favourite game of all time. It surprised me that I didn’t know the cities better. Complete with daedric for the hardcore elder scrolls nerds among us.
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Vvardenfell, by tbandido.
Second of five!
A very hazy approximation of Vvardenfell from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The key to the island was as such: the important cities and fighters were on the left, the islands and magic-users were on the right, nothing really happened in the southeast quadrant of the island, and you didn’t think of approaching Red Mountain until you were ready.
Or hilariously under-prepared. Either works, I guess.
