Castle Adventure, ground floor, by Acheron.
Ground floor and second floor from Castle Adventure, an ASCII-graphics adventure game from around 1984. These should both be pretty accurate, including placement of items and monsters, unless I messed up the kitchen area. There’s a flask there somewhere that I didn’t draw.
I can sort of envision the other floors, too, but not well enough to really map them without pulling up the game. Going up from the second floor lets you walk around the castle battlements and climb the towers, and going down from the ground floor lets you go into the dungeon and the labyrinth.
This is one of the first games I ever played, and my dad and I eventually figuring it out and escaping the castle is a great memory of mine. It hasn’t been all that long since I played it last — a few years maybe, thanks to DosBox.
